I am a small in house Quilter and create Children's Jackets. My pieces are hand-made one of a kind. I also do custom orders. I teach quilting and beginners sewing.

Barb Thistle

Hello, my name is Barb Thistle and I am the owner of Thistledown Creations. I and my immediate family started the business in 2013 after much encouragement from all. I create Quilts, the sizes are 40inches squared and 60inches squared all Minkee backed, cotton tops and batting at 80% cotton and 20% polyester. I have retired from Sherwin Williams, where I was the in store decorator. I also create Children's Jackets and custom pieces. I teach both quilting and sewing. I have been sewing for the last 50 years and quilting by machine for 13 years. My family and I have lived in Keswick for the last 30 years.
