Its nice to meet you! I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), working with teens and adults. I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, trauma survivors, and those exploring their authentic selves. Clients describe me as empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental—they say they feel truly seen and safe in our work together. I blend different approaches to help you reconnect with your strengths and rewrite the story trauma may have written for you. As someone who is bi-racial and part of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand what it’s like to feel different or out of place.
