    Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and support to clients? We’re looking for an in-office, on-location dedicated Client Support Broker to join our dynamic team at Georgina Insurance Brokers, a leading insurance brokerage in Georgina, Ontario.

    Position Overview:
    You’ll work closely with both clients and our brokers to ensure that policies are up-to-date, claims are processed smoothly, and any other client inquiries are resolved with professionalism and care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Coordinate with brokers and other team members to ensure the accuracy of client records and policies.
    • Help clients navigate the claims process, ensuring they understand the steps and timelines.
    • Provide administrative support, including preparing documentation and handling policy renewals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, coverage options, and industry trends.
    • Address client concerns with empathy and resolution, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Handle client retention tasks by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance relationships and ensuring clients are satisfied with their coverage.
    • Manage billing inquiries, assist with premium payments, and resolve any issues related to client accounts.

    Qualifications:

    • This is not a remote working opportunity, and successful candidate will be expected to work Monday through Friday with hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.
    • Post secondary education such as college diploma, university degree and/or Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
    • Hold RIBO Insurance licence or willingness to obtain within first 30 days of employment.
    • Previous experience in customer service is required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
    • A team player with a commitment to client satisfaction.
