The Georgina Small Business Conference is focused on empowering your business with the education, resources, and information you need to flourish, grow, and expand.
Join us for the Georgina Small Business Conference on Thursday, October 24th as part of Small Business Week! Held at The Link in Sutton, this 4-hour event (10 AM – 2 PM) is designed for local business owners, entrepreneurs, and employees of Georgina businesses and organizations. With three panel discussions, you’ll gain valuable insights into topics that matter most to you: resources, awareness, networking, and Town updates.Panels include:· Local Ways to Marketing your Business. Learn ways to promote your business or organization through advertising, event promotion and editorial content. Panelists include representatives from The Georgina Post, K Country 93.7FM, Metroland Media and Eye Candy Ads.· Accessing Services and Information from the Town Georgina. We heard you loud and clear with the topics that matter to you, based on the results of our Town Budget Survey. This panel will feature Town of Georgina staff that can provide information relevant to the business community. Customer Service, Communications, Zoning…all part of the discussion.· Business Resources in our Community. Georgina is very fortunate to have a lot of local business supports that offer grants programs, resources and opportunities for local business. Panelists include representatives from YSpace Georgina, South Lake Futures and the Georgina Public Library.
